Our Gymnastics Coaches

If you're looking for a team of highly skilled gymnastics and cheerleading coaches, you've come to the right place. Our instructors bring immense talent and knowledge to each and every student; over the years, they've even coached athletes competing in World Competition Level gymnastics. Drawing on this experience, our coaches help students expand their skillsets, teaching them up-to-date tricks and techniques during each session. Our gym welcomes a diversity of people and maintains a non-smoking and alcohol/drug-free environment.

Rauf Ibatulin

Gym Owner & Head Coach

A professional acrobat, tumbler, and gymnast, Rauf spent decades inside the world of gymnastics as a student, worker, and advisor to younger athletes. Throughout his career as a coach, Rauf prepared highly skilled and elite level gymnasts who are currently members of regional and/or national teams or performers of Cirque Du Soleil.

Rauf's career as a gymnast began at the tender age of six, when he discovered his passion for the sport. He would go on to graduate from the Sport Academy of Olympic Reserve in Baku City, Azerbaijan (former USSR), as a National Team member. Before immigrating to the United States, Rauf coached the Junior National Team, Azerbaijan (former USSR). His coaching career in Maryland began in 1995, and in the years since, he's played an integral role in developing programs at various gymnastics clubs throughout the state.
